I had to come upstate to deal with something here yesterday, so I’m missing The Armory Show, going on right now In New York. I got up (too) early and began to edit through hundreds of images on ArtSy, to curate my own little exhibit based on the female form, an inexhaustible subject, explored across nearly a century of modern and contemporary art. I posted 39 images on Facebook and after looking through the news of the day, what do I discover? Today is the International Woman’s Day! Wow, I must have ESPN or something?! Here’s to the mothers, sisters, girlfriends, best friends, celebs, and the unknown – and the men who like to dress like them. Cheers!
