Meet Joel Miggler aka Bodymoded Punky, a 23-year-old extreme body artist from Küssaberg, Germany with two giant manholes in his face from which he can stick out his tongue or blow smoke through. Although Joel claims his enormous flesh tunnels don’t affect his daily life, I imagine swimming and blowing balloons must be a bit difficult. I see that he does have a soup option, though, where he can plug the holes up. Still. Exposing your teeth to the air like that is a sure way to rot them.
